Refund Policy

CreatorKit Pro (https://creatorkit.pro) is run by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: support@creatorkit.pro.
No refunds - cancel any time
- Monthly plan ($50/month): cancel any time from the Billing page (Manage billing). You won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for. Payments, including part-used months, aren't refunded.
- Lifetime: a one-off payment that isn't refunded.
Your 14-day cancellation right
UK consumer law normally lets you cancel an online service within 14 days. When you buy a plan we ask you to confirm that you want your access to start straight away and that you understand you lose that right once it starts. Because your access begins immediately, payments aren't refundable after purchase.
AI provider costs
CreatorKit Pro runs on your own AI provider accounts. What they charge is billed by them, not by us, so we can't refund it - contact the provider about those charges.
When we will refund
If you're charged twice by mistake, or charged after you cancelled, email support@creatorkit.pro and we'll refund the wrong charge. Nothing here affects your statutory rights - for example if the service is faulty or not as described.
