Terms of Service

Last updated 11 October 2026

CreatorKit Pro (https://creatorkit.pro) is run by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: support@creatorkit.pro.

These terms apply when you use CreatorKit Pro. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What CreatorKit Pro is

CreatorKit Pro is a web app that helps you make videos: it writes scripts, makes pictures, narration, music, subtitles and edits, and renders finished videos, using AI services. Some features are marked experimental; they may change, work imperfectly or be removed.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use CreatorKit Pro.
  • Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Give us an email address that works - we use it for important messages about your account.

3. Your own AI accounts and API keys

CreatorKit Pro runs on your own accounts with AI providers (for example OpenRouter, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, fal.ai and Vivix). You add your API keys in Settings; we store them on our server and use them only to make your videos.

  • The providers bill you directly, at their prices. Those costs are separate from your CreatorKit Pro plan, and we can't refund them. The app shows estimated costs before you spend - estimates, not guarantees.
  • Your use of each provider is also governed by that provider's own terms and policies.
  • You can remove a key at any time in Settings.

4. Plans and payment

  • Monthly: $50 per month, paid in advance and renewed automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
  • Lifetime: one payment for access to the Pro plan for as long as CreatorKit Pro is offered.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • We may change prices for the future. We'll tell you before a change affects a renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
  • Usage limits may apply (for example how many videos you keep or how much storage you use). They're shown in the app.

5. Starting straight away, cancellation and refunds

When you buy a plan you ask us to start your access straight away, and you acknowledge that once it starts you lose the 14-day right to cancel that UK consumer law would otherwise give you. Payments are not refunded - including for part-used months - but you can cancel the monthly plan at any time so you aren't charged again. See the Refund Policy. This doesn't affect your other legal rights, for example if the service is faulty.

6. Your content

  • You own what you put in (ideas, scripts, uploads) and, as between you and us, what you make with CreatorKit Pro.
  • You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you (for example to send it to the AI providers you've connected, render your videos and show them to you).
  • AI output can be wrong, similar to other people's work, or not protected by copyright everywhere. Check facts, and check that you have the rights you need, before you publish.
  • Follow the rules of the platforms you publish on - for example YouTube's policies on AI-generated and altered content, including labelling realistic AI content where they require it.

7. What you must not do

  • Make or share anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy).
  • Make sexual content involving minors, content that harasses or threatens people, or misleading content that impersonates a real person or presents fabricated events as real news.
  • Use CreatorKit Pro to spam, defraud, or break the terms of the AI providers or platforms you use.
  • Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits or security of the service, or share your account.

We may remove content or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

8. The service

  • We work to keep CreatorKit Pro running and your files safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and the AI providers it relies on can change or stop. Keep copies of videos that matter to you - download them.
  • We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering CreatorKit Pro altogether, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can download your videos.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using CreatorKit Pro and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@creatorkit.pro. Deleting a video in the app removes its files from our server. We may close accounts that break these terms; where reasonable we'll tell you first.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost revenue, views or channel penalties), for charges from your AI providers, or for content you publish; and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you use CreatorKit Pro as a consumer, your statutory rights aren't affected.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll show the date at the top and tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes - if you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also use your local courts.
